when will my order arrive? 

since I'm a one [wo]man show, my turn around time is 2-3 weeks. sometimes I can get your order out in 2 days, and sometimes it takes every second of three weeks. please be patient, good things take time!

how long will oils last on the jewelry?

this depends on a several factors. are you applying it to lava stones or wood? what type of oil are you using? wood beads tend to keep aromas a little bit longer than lava stones, but you can expect the aroma to last anywhere from 1-3 days depending on the oil you use. 

What size bracelet should I order? 

I've made a super handy tutorial here. Be sure you carefully measure your wrist before ordering. If you need to make an exchange because the sizing is wrong, you will incur extra charges. 

how should I care for my jewelry? 

the standard rule of thumb is last on, first off. avoid wearing your jewelry while showering, sleeping, swimming, and exercising. minimize your jewelry's exposure to any chemicals, such as: lotions, oils (non-essential), hairspray, etc. it is best to store your jewelry in a dry area (not in the bathroom). brass can darken or patina over time, especially when not cared for properly, but can be polished back to its original gold tone! 

will the oils get on my clothes?

we recommend using 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils as they should not stain your clothes when applied as recommended. frank. will not held responsible for the types of oils you use or how you use them. we recommend extra caution when applying any oils that may cause photosensitivity. 

Do you take custom orders?

i am always open to collaborate! it doesn't mean that I will be able to, but it's always worth exploring. keep in mind that if we do collaborate for a custom piece, frank. will hold all rights to the design and will be able to make and sell the design at will with no obligation to you. if you want to collab on a custom order email me at hello@inlovewithfrank.com

what is your return policy?

at this time frank. is unable to accept returns, please purchase with thought as all sales are final.
